Responsibilities
Own and maintain a single Salesforce instance across all AML entities; administer multiple ERPs and drive progress toward a unified ERP environment; ensure Salesforce and ERP systems integrate cleanly and reliably; provide timely application support and troubleshoot issues; create and deliver training so users can work independently; manage license usage and recommend reclaiming unused seats; handle user provisioning, profiles, page layouts, custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards; support configuration, month-end close activities, user access, module setup, custom screens, and reporting in ERP systems; troubleshoot acquired-company ERPs until consolidation is complete; design, maintain, and document data flows between Salesforce and every ERP in use; oversee API connections, middleware, and reconciliation rules; keep Salesforce and ERP customizations, workflows, and integrations documented as the single source of truth; onboard new hires and acquired employees; build role-specific training materials and deliver hands-on instruction; perform quarterly audits of license utilization; partner on the acquisition platform migration process by building technical migration plans and executing Salesforce migrations.
