Design, develop, and run test plans for 1LMX RMS hardware and software components; perform root cause analysis on test issues and partner with cross-functional teams to implement fixes; automate test procedures using automation tools to improve repeatability and shorten cycle times; maintain test documentation in line with DoD and aerospace standards such as MIL STD 810 and DO 254; support configuration management and data integrity for test artifacts; lead engineers across product teams in planning, executing, and reporting system-level tests for 1LMX RMS products; define test strategies, risk mitigation plans, and verification criteria aligned with program milestones; mentor junior engineers, conduct technical reviews, and uphold quality standards; communicate test status and results to program management, hardware/software leads, and external customers; drive continuous improvement efforts, including test automation frameworks and metrics-based reporting.
