Responsibilities
Define and lead test strategies for major programs including requirements verification and procedure development; Author and review test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices; Analyze complex test data, resolve anomalies, and lead root cause investigations; Oversee multidisciplinary test campaigns (thermal, structural, EMC, functional) ensuring traceability to requirements; Serve as technical point of contact for internal and external test communications; Interface with program leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies during design reviews and formal test events; Ensure compliance with industry and military standards for test planning and reporting
