Senior Associate, SAP Security & Controls

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year
Requirements:
We want someone with three years of recent experience in one or more of these areas: SAP audit (GITCs and business process controls), SAP controls, SAP security design or redesign, SAP GRC implementation, SAP ERP implementations, or business process transformation. We require a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as Information Systems, Accounting, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. Hands-on experience with SAP GRC and security implementation, or solid SAP audit experience, is important; familiarity with SAP GRC 10.1 or 12.0 and SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred. Prior experience in consulting or professional services is preferred. We want candidates who currently hold, or are actively pursuing, certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or relevant SAP credentials. Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. We need someone who can travel as required to support client engagements. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities:
We will have you lead client engagements focused on SAP security, SAP GRC, and audit readiness across complex SAP environments, including S/4HANA. You will evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of SAP controls, including GITCs and business process controls, throughout the business cycle. We expect you to identify improvement opportunities in SAP security, automation, and internal controls, and help prepare remediation recommendations. You will guide and supervise Associates on engagements, including reviewing their work for quality and accuracy. You will support Managers and Directors in producing high-quality client deliverables, reports, and presentations. You will help us maintain a respectful, professional workplace by acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability.
