Program Security Analyst Specialist
Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years in DoD program security, with 2 additional years as an alternative to degree) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Capability to thrive in high-pressure environments while adhering to tight deadlines In-depth knowledge of security protocols related to Department of Defense, Navy, and Marine Corps, especially concerning SCIF development and accreditation Must possess an active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance Basic understanding of DoD Acquisitions is desirable
Responsibilities:
Support the creation and accreditation of SCIF and/or SAP-F designated environments, including developing and executing Construction Security Plans Facilitate TEMPEST accreditations and coordinate ongoing compliance with Accreditation Officials Oversee the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures designed to safeguard classified information Assist in conducting physical security assessments, surveys, and inspections Simultaneously manage various development and accreditation projects, ensuring effective oversight of schedules, performance, risks, and sustainment activities Liaise with community stakeholders and regulatory bodies as necessary Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and documentation to update team members and stakeholders on the progress of the Accredited Solutions program
