## About the Role Sunny Future is building the career transition infrastructure for the AI era - helping experienced operators and founders "sprint what's next" through structured programs, curated connections, and our global network. We operate at the intersection of careers, community, and entrepreneurship: - Short, high-impact Sprints to regain clarity and momentum - A trusted network enabling warm introductions and opportunities - A growing ecosystem spanning Europe and beyond We are looking for a Programs & Community Coordinator (intern) to help run Sunny Future day-to-day. This role is the beating heart of the network, with broader exposure across program delivery, community, operations, and brand. You will work directly with the founder, Nicolas - running tight operations and ensuring that participants feel supported, programs run seamlessly, and the network operates with a high level of clarity and care: ## Responsibilities - Support and coordinate our Sprints end-to-end - Build and improve systems, templates, and resources - Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-ups - Welcome and onboard new members - Manage cohorts and alumni relationships - Maintain thoughtful, consistent engagement across the community - Curate high-quality masterminds and small-group experiences - Coordinate city meetups and local activations - Engage with partners (coaches, operators, ecosystems) - Develop our social media presence (Insta, Reddit) - Expand the network to new geographies and audiences - Help extend the platform to the next generation (early career) ## Requirements - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Naturally warm, thoughtful, and people-oriented - 3+ years in HR, recruiting, education, events, or similar - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Comfortable operating in international, multicultural environments - Familiar with community or learning platforms (e.g. Circle) - Conversant with AI tools and automation workflows - Curious about the future of careers and entrepreneurship - Able to engage with nuanced perspectives on global issues - Multilingual (English required, French strongly preferred) - International mindset; comfortable across cultures ## What We Offer - Flexible, part-time structure (50%) - Remote work with opportunities to travel - High autonomy and direct exposure to the founder - A steep learning curve across operations, community, and venture building - The opportunity to help shape the future of work ## About the Company Sunny Future is an equal opportunity platform.
