Manage and support daily IT operations including network security, data storage, and system administration. Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure to support HQ enclave operations and leadership. Apply best practices for system hardening, data integrity, and uptime. Help shape IT strategies that strengthen growth, reliability, and compliance. Lead and support CMMC and CMMI implementation efforts across the IT function. Conduct audits and assessments to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare and maintain documentation to support ongoing compliance reporting. Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies and controls to safeguard data and reduce risk. Perform risk assessments and vulnerability testing, then apply updates and mitigations. Support incident response planning and ensure timely reporting of cybersecurity incidents. Coordinate with vendors and IT service providers to ensure services meet standards and compliance needs. Assist with technology procurement, evaluating hardware and software solutions for infrastructure, security, and compliance. Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and compliance awareness. Collaborate with internal teams to implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and security. Conduct initial employee onboarding and introduce new hires to IT infrastructure.
