Responsibilities
Manage wholesale EDI sales orders to maximize monthly sales output and maintain accurate execution. Monitor upcoming order releases, current order statuses, and invoicing activity to project sales performance and identify business risks. Analyze the source and financial impact of changes to weekly sales projections and communicate findings to stakeholders. Identify operational risks related to sales orders and take corrective action. Maintain a detailed understanding of customer requirements and distribution center processes. Review open orders to verify style, pricing, and other relevant information before release. Investigate operational issues, determine root causes, and implement scalable solutions. Support the Wholesale Sales team with day-to-day activities including order entry and customer service inquiries. Compile inventory transfer requests using analysis across the broader omnichannel business. Support the Wholesale Operations Manager with system-related questions, reporting, and data analysis. Contribute to customer chargeback audits by identifying underlying root causes.
