Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate delivery of all Facilities Management services within contracted scope; Oversee building infrastructure, utilities, grounds, cleaning, waste management, and soft services; Manage service contracts including security, catering, pest control, fire systems, HVAC, and grounds maintenance; Lead facilities and minor project activities from planning to completion; Take overall responsibility for site budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and reporting; Direct, manage, and develop employees and service providers to achieve contractual KPIs; Ensure compliance with legislative, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements; Manage contractor performance and service provider compliance; Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best-practice processes; Support site business planning and operational strategy execution
