Transform product strategy into specific team backlogs and validate sprint results; Prioritize the team backlog to focus efforts on the most valuable tasks; Define sprint goals and coordinate work to ensure realistic commitments; Manage scope changes and incoming requests during sprints; Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to improve product features based on market and client insights; Coordinate business analysts and system analysts during the discovery phase; Participate in acceptance testing and demonstrations; Plan releases in collaboration with the Engineering Manager; Manage the risk identification and escalation process; Act as the SME for internal stakeholders; Collaborate with the QA team to classify issues and prioritize bugs.
