Responsibilities
Enter sales orders from customer contracts into Salesforce and NetSuite; Prepare and issue customer invoices, statements, and related billing information; Maintain customer records and identify module types and revenue splits; Respond to billing and invoicing enquiries and investigate irregularities; Support the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules; Assist with monthly financial statements, including the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries; Contribute to finance process improvements, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects; Provide ad hoc analysis and operational support to the Finance Manager.
