Manage grant partnerships across the entire grantmaking lifecycle; Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and sector stakeholders; Support the assessment, implementation and monitoring of grant-funded initiatives; Contribute to impact measurement, reporting, storytelling and knowledge-sharing activities; Identify emerging community needs, sector trends and funding opportunities; Provide insights and recommendations to support effective funding decisions; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the Foundation's impact; Assist with reporting and presentations for governance and stakeholder groups.
