Responsibilities
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, eliminations, accruals, prepaids, inventory, allocations, and internal software capitalization. Manage intercompany accounting activities including transactions, subsidiary funding requests, and compliance across international entities. Review account reconciliations and accounting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Support treasury activities and collaborate on cash and funding-related accounting requirements. Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation and respond to internal and external audit requests. Support financial reporting and statutory compliance activities across multiple entities. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen controls, and automate repetitive or manual activities. Partner with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve accounting issues. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and provide accounting insights to support business and finance decisions. Independently manage accounting projects and complex issues while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
