Responsibilities
Own timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close processes for assigned entities; Lead centralized close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and intercompany settlements; Establish and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure compliance; Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders on accruals, P&L reviews, and operational insights; Oversee fixed asset accounting and lifecycle accounting for capital assets; Lead, develop, and mentor team members; Oversee coordination with foreign subsidiaries and external service providers; Prepare financial statements from US GAAP for group reporting to Local GAAP; Ensure completion of internal and external audit requests and SOX testing; Establish a continuous improvement environment for process automation and efficiency; Lead strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
