Responsibilities
Investigate, reproduce, and document customer issues across different environments and configurations; Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing; Validate business rules, permissions, APIs, databases, integrations, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes; Convert recurring issues into regression tests or automated coverage; Coach testers on manual testing, automation, troubleshooting, and framework migration; Establish testing standards for naming, folder structures, test organization, and governance; Partner with internal tooling teams to influence the automation roadmap; Track and report quality OKRs covering test coverage and defect prevention.
