Own the accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, coding, approval verification, and vendor management; Manage accounts receivable activities including invoicing, collections, and cash application; Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies; Perform daily and monthly bank and cash reconciliations; Review and process employee expense reports and administer the corporate card program; Support timely month-end close activities including journal entries and accruals; Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations for Controller review; Support annual financial statement audits; Maintain and improve accounting policies, internal controls, and process documentation; Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation/AI tools.
