Responsibilities
Translate and scale global retail operating models into effective execution across Australia and New Zealand; Conduct impact and gap assessments against global systems to identify local adaptations; Design and develop market-specific operational processes reflecting local consumer expectations and regulations; Partner with Global Retail Operations to co-develop new operating models using ANZ as a test market; Manage cross-functional milestones for new store openings and formats; Partner with logistics and supply chain to build optimized fulfillment and inventory flow models; Monitor and drive performance against KPIs including Inventory Accuracy, Shrink, Replenishment & Recovery Rates, and Omnichannel fulfillment; Lead end-to-end execution of global and locally developed initiatives within ANZ; Act as a key market for piloting and refining new initiatives prior to global rollout; Oversee local support model including ticketing platform management and reporting.
