Responsibilities
Translate approved marketing campaigns into actionable delivery plans with owners, deadlines, and success measures; Manage campaigns from handoff through verified publication and initial performance reporting; Identify missing assets, overdue reviews, conflicting priorities, and delivery risks before they impact launch dates; Resolve routine execution issues directly and escalate significant risks with recommendations; Maintain accurate visibility into completed, open, blocked, and upcoming work; Coordinate copy, design, video, landing pages, email, social content, and tracking while allowing specialists to retain responsibility; Perform assigned publishing activities across email, social media, website, CRM, and content platforms; Schedule approved content and campaigns accurately and on time; Verify that copy, creative assets, links, tracking, audiences, and calls to action are correct before publication; Confirm successful publication and maintain evidence of completion; Use established checklists and approved briefs to perform quality assurance on customer-facing materials; Document errors, rework, and recurring delivery issues to support continuous process improvement; Maintain the marketing calendar, production queue, campaign checklists, approval records, and recurring work schedules; Keep project-management systems accurate and up to date; Organize campaign assets, final versions, supporting documents, and completion evidence; Document repeatable workflows and maintain marketing standard operating procedures; Track specialist and vendor commitments, deadlines, dependencies, unresolved items, and corrective actions; Improve handoffs among marketing, sales, operations, vendors, and technical partners; Collect required performance inputs from specialists and systems and confirm that reporting periods, definitions, and data sources are consistent; Identify missing data, conflicting figures, unsupported conclusions, and unexplained changes before reporting reaches leadership; Distinguish completed activity from measurable business results and verify that completed work has supporting evidence; Prepare clear weekly reporting materials and track commitments, owners, deadlines, overdue items, corrective actions, and final outcomes; Contribute to first 30-, 60-, and 90-day objectives by establishing reliable workflows, taking ownership of recurring processes, and improving delivery visibility and accountability; Work toward defined operational targets including improved on-time delivery, accurate approvals and tracking, reliable recurring reporting, and reduced preventable publishing errors
