Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Global Trade Operations team to support the implementation of the operational plan; Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and improve team performance and productivity; Develop and manage policy and process improvement, system improvement, and enhanced use of technology; Drive resource and personnel management activities to ensure effective resource utilisation; Deliver initiatives in accordance with agreed schedules, budgets, and resourcing; Ensure the Global Trade Operations team's objectives, policies, and practices align with stakeholder and business requirements; Design, establish, and monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on the achievement of those metrics; Facilitate lessons learned; Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment is maintained for all team members.
