Responsibilities
Support Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads across project lifecycle planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure; Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance documentation; Manage project financial information including budgets, revenue forecasts, effort estimates, resource forecasts, billable utilization, and financial reconciliation; Analyze financial and operational variances to identify corrective actions; Prepare executive-level project reporting covering project health, financial performance, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization; Coordinate customer meetings, action items, issue resolution, and change requests; Identify resource conflicts and delivery issues, escalating with mitigation recommendations; Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
