Lead the Operational Snow and Ice Analysts team and ensure contract deliverables meet PWS requirements; analyze remotely-sensed data to produce real-time operational snow and ice products; coordinate and monitor receipt of satellite observations (SAR and visible/infrared imagery) 8 hours/day x 5 days/week; fill in for analyst vacancies and absences; present briefings and engage with customers at workshops to collect feedback; perform special projects including research collaborations and data verification; support coordination and execution of COOP exercises every 6 months; complete monthly review and update of SOP documents; manage monthly expenses and budgeting.
