Responsibilities
Lead commercial projects with major functional areas to ensure on-time delivery; Monitor KPIs, risks, and next steps for projects; Create and participate in project governance models aligned with Operational Planning; Lead project governance routines with internal areas (distribution, commercial zones, finance, marketing, HR); Create and update consolidated project status dashboards; Prepare content for Commercial Direction regarding strategic projects for business review forums; Follow up on project status delivery for governance forums.
