Manage the route planning team and ensure adherence to company policies; Monitor and ensure accurate routing activities to minimize freight costs; Coordinate delivery issue resolution with commercial, operations, and client areas; Ensure trucks depart within designated times; Handle customer complaints via SAC; Ensure supervisors conduct route audits 4 times weekly and address driver/assistant anomalies; Lead bi-weekly meetings with monitoring, routing, freight management, and distribution teams; Coordinate to maintain delivery quality and effectiveness per CIA standards; Identify logistics solutions for resource optimization and cost reduction; Report operational KPIs and action plans to the Operations Manager.
