Own end-to-end execution of electronics prototype builds from design release to delivery; Act as primary technical interface to PCB/PCBA suppliers resolving manufacturing and quality issues; Review and validate manufacturing documentation (BOMs, assembly data, drawings); Track prototype orders, schedules, and priorities ensuring on-time delivery; Support material readiness and component management; Verify incoming prototypes and coordinate rework or rebuilds; Collaborate with R&D, ECAD, and Supply Chain to improve prototype and NPI processes
