Responsibilities
Analyse system integrations, APIs, databases, and business processes to define end-to-end requirements and solutions. Produce technical requirements, interface specifications, data mappings, and process flows. Work closely with architects, developers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Support solution design workshops, technical discovery activities, and impact assessments. Investigate problems, analyse solution options, and provide recommendations for new and existing services. Ensure the health of the product backlog through ongoing refinement, requirements analysis, story decomposition, and prioritisation support. Define and communicate user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the delivery team has a clear and shared understanding of requirements. Support testing and validation activities by ensuring solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
