💡 As co- founders we take pride in the fact that people who have worked with us in the past, want to work with us again!
Great! Now let’s talk about You and this Role! 🙌
This role is a great fit for someone who is curious, hands-on, and deeply excited about building pipeline and driving growth. You'll work closely with thew GTM leadership team to execute Reo.Dev's go-to-market strategy helping us engage the right buyers, and build a predictable revenue engine.
Reo.Dev is at a breakout moment. We launched in October 2023, and within just three years we've become one of the most talked-about platforms in the developer tools world. The best DevTool companies globally use Reo, and we've reached strong product-market fit.
Now we're entering our next chapter—scaling our GTM engine and building the category-defining revenue team for developer tool companies.
This is where you come in.
🚀 What will you be working on?
• Owning and executing targeted outbound campaigns that generate a qualified pipeline for the sales team.
• Working closely with the SDR team to improve outbound strategy, messaging, targeting, and execution.
• Building account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other GTM channels.
• Collaborating with Marketing and GTM engineering to convert intent into opportunities and pipeline.
• Working with outbound agencies to consistently generate qualified meetings and improve campaign performance.
• Experimenting with messaging, ICPs, channels, sequences, and workflows to improve conversion across the funnel.
• Supporting GTM execution around launches, reports, webinars, conferences, and strategic campaigns.
• Owning execution end-to-end: idea → execution → optimization → learning.
• Helping Reo.Dev build a scalable, repeatable GTM engine that consistently generates pipeline and revenue.
👯 Who will excel at this role?
Above everything else, we're looking for hunger to learn. If that's real, the rest we can build on. You will enjoy this role if these sound like you:
• Problem-solving is the primary skill in this role; it is solving for messaging, ICP , audience on a daily basis
• You have strong communication skills. Writing especially you understand how messaging changes based on the audience, channel, and objective. You can hold a point of view and defend it.
• You're comfortable reading data. You can look at campaign performance, connect the dots, and let the numbers shape what you do next.
• You use AI like a power tool. But you have taste you'd never ship outreach that doesn't feel like a person wrote it.
• Aggressive growth trajectories excite you!
• You enjoy experimenting with outbound, inbound, ABM, events, partnerships, and new GTM channels.
• You love understanding customers and figuring out what makes them respond.
• And you have fun while doing it!
Prior experience in outbound, SDR, demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B SaaS GTM is a plus—but more than that, show us you've actually thought deeply about how great go-to-market teams are built.
👯 What qualities do we look for in our team members?
While there is no stencil for the type of people we like, there are a few traits that might make Reo.Dev a better fit for you. Reo.Dev might be a good fit if you:
• Work hard, hands-on and want to grow really fast.
• Care about your work a great deal and find it highly unsettling if the quality of work is even slightly sub-par.
• Execute fast.
• Are hands-on (we will not have elaborate reporting structures for the foreseeable future—and hopefully ever).
• Are someone people like to work with, low on ego, high on humility.
• Have the ability to fail, learn, and keep trying until you win. Startups are tough, and we will not get everything right the first time.
• Have a long-term view of your career growth and are not optimizing only for the next 1–2 years.
