Job Overview:
The Director of the Centre of New Technologies of the University of Warsaw, together with the Project Leader, announces the opening of a competition for the position of PhD Student in the Laboratory of Neuroeconomics at the Centre of New Technologies.
Project Title: From group pressure to personal choice: The prefrontal circuits of social influence on individual reward preference

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree (MSc) in biology, neuroscience, psychology, exact sciences, natural sciences, or a similar/related field. The MSc degree must be obtained before the date of employment in the project.
- Status: Confirmed status of a PhD student on the date of starting work in the project at the latest.
- Skills: Strong motivation to learn and make scientific discoveries. Previous experience with laboratory work (e.g., as a volunteering student) and a track record of professional development in areas related to systems neuroscience are significant assets.
- Languages: Fluency in English is an important requirement for effective science communication and due to the international character of the scientific environment.
