Lead, coach, and grow the BizApps team; Set priorities and operating rhythms for the function; Serve as a hands-on leader for complex builds and architecture; Own administration and lifecycle management of IT-deployed applications; Build and maintain governance for permissions, roles, and licensing; Design and implement workflows and automations within IT-owned applications; Serve as primary architect for the Workato IPaaS instance; Architect and build custom integrations using AWS services; Manage relationships with third-party development contractors; Design, build, and deploy AI agents across the AI platform stack; Establish guardrails and access controls for agent deployments; Maintain an inventory and lifecycle plan for owned applications and agents; Partner with IT Engineering, Security, and Legal/Compliance; Create metrics and operational reporting for leadership; Drive continuous improvement across the BizApps function
