Responsibilities
Configure Primavera P6 including EPS, OBS, WBS and activity coding; Establish and roll out resource-loaded schedules across live projects; Review and uplift existing schedules and migrate them into P6; Develop consistent scheduling standards, coding conventions and governance; Establish effective resource loading and allocation methodologies; Work closely with the in-house scheduling team, providing hands-on training and mentoring; Establish file exchange processes with head contractors; Support the development of accurate, consistent and defensible schedules suitable for EOT and variation claims; Document the agreed scheduling "way of working" once proven across live projects
