Responsibilities
Lead coordination and governance of national, state, and community funding programs; Identify and assess new government and grant funding opportunities; Manage funding applications, agreements, reporting requirements, and key deadlines; Partner with Finance to support funding allocation, acquittals, audits, and reconciliation; Develop and maintain funding policies, procedures, and governance frameworks; Monitor changes to government funding programs and communicate impacts across the business; Support Centre and Operational teams to understand funding requirements and compliance obligations; Oversee key funding programs including Kindergarten Funding, Inclusion Support, and AMEP; Maintain accurate funding registers, reporting, and compliance records; Provide regular updates and insights to senior leaders on funding activity, risks, and opportunities; Drive continuous improvement across funding processes, systems, and program implementation.
