Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to help us build engaging consumer experiences and accelerate product growth.
What You'll Do
• Own product initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Define product strategy and roadmap alongside founders.
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, AI, Data, and Growth teams.
• Optimize key product metrics, including activation, engagement, retention, and subscription conversion.
• Run A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions.
• Translate user insights and business goals into clear product requirements.
• Continuously improve the user experience across the entire product journey.
What We're Looking For
• Experience managing consumer mobile products.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and key SaaS/mobile metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, paywall optimization, etc.).
• Experience working on AI-powered products or features.
• A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and a strong product sense.
• Comfortable using data to prioritize decisions and measure success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to Have
• Experience with pricing, paywalls, onboarding, and monetization.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar.
• Experience working closely with ML or AI teams.
