Responsibilities
Manage general ledger activities and maintain accurate financial records; Prepare journals, trial balances, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss statements; Complete timely general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations; Manage intercompany reconciliations and processing; Support month-end and year-end close processes; Assist with preparation of year-end financial statements; Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning; Maintain Fixed Asset Register including capitalisation and depreciation; Support tax compliance requirements including GST, FBT, PAYG, and income tax; Prepare monthly cash movement reporting; Liaise with internal and external auditors; Ensure accurate GL, cost centre, and purchase order coding.
