Own end-to-end GL accounting activities including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; Prepare, review, and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, payroll, allocations, intercompany, cash/bank, and fixed assets; Ensure financial results are accurate, complete, and compliant with US GAAP, SOX, and internal controls; Prepare high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and investigate unusual balances; Support quarterly balance sheet reviews, FCCS reporting, internal/external audits, and SOP updates; Actively challenge existing processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation; Take ownership of Accounting/Finance improvement projects from analysis to implementation; Communicate clearly with stakeholders across all organizational levels; Support colleagues through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback
