SENIOR LECTURER IN DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT

Kozminski University is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Lecturer (teaching position) in Department of Management.

Responsibilities
This position includes the following duties:
- Full-time work for the position in the academic year (300 teaching hours per year)
- Teaching in Polish and English, at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Supervising student organizations and projects
- Performing administrative tasks defined by the Head of the Department

Requirements and Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in management, economics, or related social science field; applications may also be submitted by PhD students in the final stage of their doctoral studies
- Teaching experience, including working with online students
- Experience in developing and applying innovative teaching method
- Active membership in academic associations (recommended)
- Experience in an academic environment (recommended)
- Non-academic experience related to research and teaching (recommended)
- English Proficiency: Proven C1-level knowledge (CEFR standard); documented C2-level proficiency recommended
- Polish Proficiency: Documented B2-level proficiency (CEFR standard); certified C1-level proficiency recommended
- Proficiency in Ms Teams
- Knowledge of remote work tools (e.g. MIRO, Socrative, Mural)
- Willingness to engage with industry and professional bodies to enrich courses thought by the Department
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Respect for diversity and personal culture
- Readiness to indicate KU as the first place of work
