Kozminski University is currently recruiting for the position of: Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (teaching position) in Department of Quantitative Methods & Information Technology.

Responsibilities
This position includes the following duties:
- Conducting courses in Polish and English.
- Developing materials for the e-learning platform and conducting online courses (LMS platform).
- Supervision of student/research organizations and projects.
- Execution of administrative tasks as specified by the Head of the Department.
- Initiating educational and training projects.

Requirements and Qualifications
Requirements for the candidate:

In the case of a lecturer position:
- MSc in economy or mathematic or information technology sciences (data science - data analysis will be an advantage).
- Experience in teaching, including online teaching, conducting courses or trainings.

In the case of a senior lecturer position:
- PhD in economy or mathematic or information technology sciences.
- Proven experience in teaching in higher education.
- Conducting undergraduate seminars and master's theses.

For All:
- Confirmed knowledge of MsOffice and Microsoft Teams and similar tools; knowledge of SPSS, Statistica, and R Studio software.
- Experience in working with LMS systems will be advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of quantitative research methods and research methodology.
- Documented knowledge of statistical analysis, mathematical methods, and econometric modelling.
- Interest in designing decision-making games, economic games, or gamification.
- Knowledge of English at the C1 level, as defined in the European System of Language Education Description, enabling classes in this language.
- Knowledge of Polish at the C1 level, as defined in the European System of Language Education Description, enabling classes in this language.
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills, including effective on-line communication.
- Independent thinking, resistance to stress.
- Availability (full-time studies are conducted from Monday to Friday, and part-time studies are also conducted on Saturday and Sunday).
- Readiness to indicate KU as the first place of work.
- Profiles on major social media - LinkedIn or readiness to set them up.
