Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintaining common areas such as pool room, office, gym, and clubhouse; Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and rubbish removal; Ensuring toilet facilities are cleaned to a hygienic standard; Tidying kitchen areas, including emptying dishwashers and wiping surfaces; Replenishing supplies such as coffee, tea, and other consumables; Identifying and eliminating hazards like slippery floors; Assist chefs/cook with basic food preparation and service; Wash, sanitise, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment properly; Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards; Support stock rotation and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries; Clean food preparation areas, fridges, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
