Responsibilities
Define and implement manufacturing systems appropriate for customer applications; Support manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, Yield, Scrap and Downtime; Establish and improve robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters; Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process; Advanced troubleshooting of complex mechanical issues with high-speed automated manufacturing equipment; Provide equipment maintenance and repair support; Support creation and implementation of engineering change orders (ECOs); Develop, implement, and take ownership of process control methodologies; Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements; Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products; Develop and maintain process documentation; Create work instructions and coordinate training for facilities and production personnel; Coordinate/participate in pFMEA of manufacturing processes; Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
