Schedule testing and maintain documentation tied to audit requirements and disaster recovery planning. Maintain technical documentation for assigned software, hardware management tools, and appliances. Participate in audit and disaster recovery exercises and related activities. Contribute to root-cause analysis across technology and business areas as needed. Perform capacity planning and performance tuning for assigned areas of responsibility. Help develop entry-level team members through mentoring, technical training, and related support.
