Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and implement business and technical requirements for Navy IT systems; Create and maintain system documentation, requirements traceability matrices, and design specifications; Support systems integration and testing to verify business processes and functional requirements; Use DoDAF tools to model and maintain enterprise architectures; Work with engineering, systems administration, and cybersecurity teams to ensure designs meet RMF and Navy requirements; Identify, plan, and develop technical and operational improvements across IT domains; Assess system performance and recommend configuration changes to improve efficiency; Take part in technical meetings, architecture reviews, and risk assessments; Present and document system requirements, design findings, and proposed solutions for leadership and customers.
