Own end-to-end operational readiness for warehouse launches and transitions, translate warehouse processes into scalable WMS/OMS configurations, partner with operations to design and validate receiving/picking/packing/shipping workflows, ensure equipment and physical layout readiness, support replenishment strategies and inventory state management, configure and validate WMS/OMS workflows, lead inventory/SKU/order data validation and reconciliation, execute UAT and live order testing, support cutover and go-live execution including rollback planning, provide hypercare support monitoring throughput and SLAs, create usable SOPs, act as technical escalation point during live operations
