Responsibilities
Serve as point of contact for DOC Entry, Missed Spots, and Station Compliance questions; Ensure all DOCs are entered accurately and by scheduling deadlines; Ensure affidavits are submitted within 10 business days after airing; Assist with setting up affiliates transitioning to an automated traffic import system; Monitor and help resolve discrepancies related to IA accounts and IA site; Support customer service responses through team inboxes.
