Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve deduction processing targets; perform deduction clearing within KPI targets and SOPs; maintain accurate and timely deduction allocation in trade tools; research and follow up on trade and promotional discrepancies; investigate and prepare documentation for DSD customer pricing and promotion deductions; submit branded deductions to Trade Promotion Management system (e4); obtain backup for Direct and DSD deductions; pass departmental audits of documentation and processes.
