Responsibilities
Serve as Process Owner for the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure conformance across all production areas; Act as Subject Matter Expert on site-level policies, risk assessments, and operational controls; Provide backup support for Cleaning Verification, Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) tasks, and related activities; Serve as the site Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) for FSMA compliance; Allocate and manage QA resources to support production needs; Lead investigations for process deviations, such as missed critical limits or CCP issues; Conduct SQF internal audits and maintain readiness for certification audits; Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing proficiency assessments for all QA Technicians; Spend at least 50% of time on the production floor, conducting walk-throughs, GEMBAs, and engaging with QA Techs and Operators.
