Responsibilities

Lead food safety and quality programs to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements; Promote adherence to good manufacturing practices and food safety standards across the facility; Deliver food safety and quality training programs and maintain annual training compliance; Partner with Operations and Maintenance to strengthen food safety and quality ownership on the production floor; Develop and coach quality team members while supporting a culture of continuous improvement; Monitor food safety and quality metrics and lead initiatives to improve plant performance; Investigate quality concerns and consumer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed; Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and serve as the primary contact during inspections and audits; Maintain key quality systems including HACCP, Safe Quality Food certification, environmental monitoring, recall readiness, and pest control programs; Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Research & Development to resolve quality issues and support new product launches; Lead the Food Safety & Quality pillar within the Conagra Performance System and drive continuous improvement efforts.
