Lead and implement automated testing with Reqnroll for .NET services and workflows, including test structure, step definitions, and project standards. Collaborate with developers and QA partners to shape risk-based test scenarios and strengthen coverage. Build and sustain automation across API, integration, and functional layers, focusing on high-risk areas and acceptance criteria. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines so results are visible, repeatable, and actionable. Evaluate existing automation methods and recommend a practical modernization approach, including migration planning and parallel validation when needed. Provide regular updates on testing and automation progress, highlight risks and blockers early, and help define exit criteria and the testing definition of done. Create and maintain technical documentation for automation frameworks, patterns, and onboarding.
