Responsibilities
Manage and supervise vendors for cleaning, pantry, pest control, landscaping, and waste management; Conduct routine inspections of offices, production areas, laboratories, cleanrooms, and common areas; Oversee cleaning quality, periodic deep cleaning, and workplace hygiene; Monitor vendor performance, service quality, KPIs, and ensure compliance with site SOPs, EHS, GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements; Manage soft services budgets, monitor operational expenditures, and process monthly invoicing; Maintain inventory of pantry consumables, cleaning chemicals, and facility-related assets; Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and service providers to resolve facility issues; Support emergency response activities, facility shutdowns, and business continuity initiatives.
