Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administration and implementation of assigned state and federal infrastructure funding programs; Interpret and apply statutes, administrative rules, policies, regulations, and funding requirements to program and project activities; Manage application and funding processes, including eligibility review, project readiness, awards, agreements, monitoring, reporting, and closeout; Develop and maintain program procedures, guidance, forms, checklists, handbooks, tracking systems, and other tools that support consistent program delivery; Evaluate program operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, accessibility, customer experience, and service delivery; Analyze program, project, and financial data to monitor performance, identify trends and issues, and develop recommendations for improvement; Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to Regional Project Managers and other internal partners on program requirements and processes; Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, state and federal agencies, local and Tribal governments, utilities, community organizations, and other infrastructure partners.
