Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the assigned value stream; Develop and execute strategies to improve operational performance through Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen events; Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities; Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to remove barriers; Manage production planning and resource allocation to meet customer demand; Lead, coach, and mentor supervisors and production team members; Ensure product quality standards are achieved by implementing corrective actions; Develop and manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and operational expenditures; Lead problem-solving efforts utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
