Manage end-to-end international wholesale and B2B order lifecycle from receipt to delivery; Drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance by aligning production, inventory, and shipping; Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides (labeling, packaging, ASN); Coordinate with fulfillment partners for inbound/outbound shipments; Serve as primary operational contact for B2B customers; Partner with Merchandising, Production, Planning, and Supply Chain; Monitor order flow and escalate risks; Develop and maintain SOPs and performance reporting.
