Responsibilities
Review and interpret credit agreements and legal documentation to identify operational setup terms; Set up new private debt investments (loans, structured credit, notes) within internal systems; Capture and maintain key economic and reference terms (issuer, borrower, spread, maturity, covenants); Collaborate with Compliance to review structure charts and maintain legal entities; Coordinate with investment professionals and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies; Perform quality control reviews of newly onboarded assets; Develop and maintain operating procedures and data standards; Support reconciliation and remediation efforts across systems; Produce management reporting on onboarding timeliness and setup quality; Help train junior team members on document interpretation and setup standards
